Puneet Khanna

President and Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy and senior care sectors, Puneet joined CareRx in November 2020 as Senior VP of Corporate Development and subsequently held positions as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed as President and CEO. Prior to CareRx, he was the Chief Executive Officer of MED e-care Healthcare Solutions Inc., a global software-solution provider within the long-term and chronic care sectors. Puneet’s experience also includes more than ten years in executive leadership roles at Medical Pharmacies (part of which was acquired by CareRx in 2021) and MediSystem Pharmacy. Puneet is a registered pharmacist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto.

Suzanne Brand

Chief Financial Officer

Suzanne comes to CareRx with a wealth of experience across various verticals of finance, primarily in the healthcare space and a proven track record of excellence in both financial leadership and team development. Suzanne began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and progressed up to Audit Manager. At that point she moved to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a Pfizer Company, and then Honda Finance Canada, Inc. She moved back into healthcare and has spent the past 13 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals and most recently country CFO (Generic and Innovative). Suzanne is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business from the University of Toronto.

Adrianne Sullivan – Campeau

Chief People and Culture Officer

Adrianne joined CareRx in January 2022 as Chief People and Culture Officer. Adrianne is a human resources and communications executive and has over 25 years of experience in global organizations dedicated to improving and saving lives and serving communities in the medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic imaging and insurance industries. Prior to joining CareRx, she was the Vice President, People, Culture and Communications at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada and held multiple roles at Piramal Healthcare and Baxter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.

Paul Rakowski

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel

Paul joined CareRx in September 2017 and is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel. He also serves as the Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining CareRx, Paul practiced law for eight years in the Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Stikeman Elliott LLP, one of Canada’s pre-eminent law firms, where he routinely advised public and private companies on complex corporate and commercial matters. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.

Travis Featherstone

Senior Vice President, Western Operations & System Integration

Travis is a registered pharmacist who holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a Master of Science from the University of Alberta. Travis joined CareRx in 2009 and over the past 15 years, he has held various roles with increasing responsibilities in pharmacy operations. Travis currently holds the position of Vice President, Western Operations & System Integration. Travis provides leadership to all CareRx operations teams in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Travis is PMP certified and is a past recipient of the Commitment to Care Service award.

Alpinder Grewal

Senior Vice President, Operations East and Business Transformation of CareRx

Alpinder is a registered pharmacist who holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan. Alpinder currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations East and Business Transformation. Over the past 17 years, Alpinder has held various roles with increasing responsibilities which has progressed his career to today. From working in the front lines to various management positions, Alpinder has gained in-depth knowledge of senior care pharmacy and understands the expectations of our senior clients and home partners. Alpinder is now responsible for end-to-end operations for our Ontario and New Brunswick districts and supports business transformation nationally using LEAN processes and workflow automation.

Alvin Chau

Senior Vice President, Information Technology

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Alvin joined CareRx in November 2023 as the Vice President of Information Technology before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Information Technology in June 2024. Before joining CareRx, Alvin served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at Canada Computers, Sunwing Travel Group, and the Quality Online Education Group. His expertise lies in global transformative technology implementation, driving digital transformation, and managing mergers and acquisitions. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science and Business and a Master of Applied Science in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Waterloo. Additionally, he has completed the Executive Certificate Program in Leadership and Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
