CareRx’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.02 per Common Share, payable on October 15, 2025, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on September 23, 2025.
The Income Tax Act (Canada), and most provincial income tax legislation, taxes Canadian individuals who receive eligible dividends at a lower rate. All of the dividends paid by CareRx Corporation from and after October 1, 2025 are and will be eligible dividends unless indicated otherwise.
